The GDS Residency Programme invites international artists to live and work in Braga while developing individual projects and participating in the programme of Galeria Duarte Sequeira.
For July 2021, Galeria Duarte Sequeira invites French artist Lucile Littot ahead of her solo presentation “Mommie Dearest” at the gallery.
“Mommie Dearest” and the Residency have been realised through the support of La Fondation des Artistes, France.
Lucile Littot (b. 1985, Paris) is a French artist, living and working in Paris. She is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure D’Art de Rueil-Malmaison in 2008 and the Ecole de Beaux-Arts de Marseille. In 2019, she was nominated for the 20th Ricard Corporate Fuondation Prize, in France, commissioned by the artist Neil Beloufa.
